Greens List is pleased to announce that one its members, Andrew Sykes, has been appointed to the panel of arbitrators for the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC). Andrew conducts a specialist practice in intellectual property law with a predominate focus on trade marks.
Amongst other responsibilities, ADNDRC is one of four bodies entrusted with the global responsibility of deciding internet domain name cases under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). It has offices in Hong Kong, Bejing, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur.
Andrew is the fifth Australian arbitrator to join the panel.
