Since signing the role in Western Australia, and prior to signing the role in Victoria, Dave has appeared as counsel in an extensive number of trials, and has had numerous appearances as an appellate counsel in the Court of Appeal, Federal Court and High Court.Trial work has been in the area of Criminal Law, Commercial Litigation and Family Law.Appellate work has been predominantly in the area of Criminal appeals and Judicial reviews.He has also appeared as counsel in the Industrial Relations Commission, at various Royal Commissions and State Tribunals.
