For those of you who practice in Property Law, Commercial Leasing, etc I would like to bring to your attention List member Robert Hay and his expertise in your area. As well as running many cases and advising in Property Law and Leasing matters, on his own and as a junior, Robert also co-authors with Mr Justice Croft of the Supreme Court Commercial Tenancy Law (3rd ed), The Mortgagee's Power of Sale (3rd ed), which will be published late next year, and Retail Leases Victoria, the only loose leaf service on Retail Leasing in Victoria
