Michael Bearman has advised and appeared for clients in courts and tribunals for 25 years. Michael’s principal practice is in taxation and revenue law. He also has extensive experience in equity, trusts, commercial and corporate litigation, administrative law and corporate insolvency. Michael is a former Professional Associate of the Monash University Law School, where he lectured in taxation law. He has instructed at the Leo Cussen Institute in taxation since 1990. He has been a reporter for the Commonwealth Law Reports since 1998 and is an original author for the Laws of Australia.
