Summary

This seminar will address all of the the amendments and additions made to the Sale of Land Act 1962 by the Sale of Land Amendment Act 2019.

The legislation introduces restrictions on sunset provisions in off-the plan contracts and new regimes concerning "rent-to-buy" arrangements and land banking schemes.

The speakers are David Lloyd and William Rimmer, the co-authors of Sale of Land Act Victoria published in 2015 by Thomson Reuters.
