In this CPD chaired by Judicial Registrar Englefield, Georgina Grigoriou will present on recent costs decisions which have been handed down in the Trusts, Equity and Probate List of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Georgina will consider:

* the circumstances leading to the costs judgments being handed down;

* the billing practices and interlocutory steps which have been reviewed unfavourably by the Court;

* practical tips and traps for practitioners to be aware of, in light of Civil Procedure Act 2010 obligations.
