Whether it is a Facebook or Twitter post, or an online review, more and more ordinary people and small businesses need to know what to do when they have been the subject of a damaging comment, or are being accused of having made a damaging comment.

In this seminar, several Greens List barristers with busy defamation practices will give you an overview of how defamation and related causes of action work in practice, and provide some practical insights into how you can avoid common mistakes and assist your clients to protect or repair their reputation, or minimise the damage if a claim is made against them.
