Summary

The LIV’s Special Counsel Ethics Michael Dolan will facilitate a highly interactive workshop discussion with seminar attendees addressing a selection of challenging ethical issues arising in daily commercial law practice.
Topics for discussion will include recent examples including a solicitor’s paramount duty to the court and administration of justice, duty to act in a client’s best interests, inadvertent disclosure of confidential material, and conflict of interest.
