Summary

In this breakfast briefing barristers Elefteria Konstantinou and Eleanor Coates will take you through the mediation process through the eyes of the mediator. The session will cover how best to prepare your client and yourself for mediation including managing your client and their expectations. The seminar will consider pre-mediation issues such as capacity; conflict and the constructive exchange of information to the other side and the mediator before mediation day.

The session will then look at the mediation process itself and what you can do to get the most out of the day for your client – even if the matter doesn’t settle. We’ll show you how to follow that yellow brick road towards the Emerald City.
