Summary

In this seminar Sarah Worsfield and Aimee Kinda will review the factors and tipping points affecting the strategic decisions to be made – by both the creditor and the debtor – in connection with pre-insolvency demands and litigation.  Sarah will look at personal debt, and focus on Bankruptcy Notices and Creditor’s Petitions. Aimee will look at corporate debt, and focus on Creditor’s Statutory Demands and Wind-up Applications.
