Summary

There is no doubt about the stress and uncertainty which arises when you or your client receive notification from the ATO of a review or audit.

How do I answer their questions? What do I hand over? Can they really ask that? What do I do now?

This session addresses how best to deal with the ATO from first contact to the issuing of assessments (or amended assessments) so as to help keep the client in control.

The session will cover responding to questionnaires, the voluntary provision of information, compulsory interviews and information requests and responding to position papers.
