Adrian Muller Barrister

Adrian joined the Bar in November 2010 following a successful career as a commercial litigation solicitor.

He is an experienced court advocate, frequently appearing in complex matters in superior courts. His capacity to appear as sole counsel or to effectively support senior counsel gives clients and instructors substantial flexibility in the conduct of litigation. This versatility is a hallmark of Adrian’s practice.

Adrian is approachable, adaptable and personable. Placing his client’s needs at the centre of his practice, Adrian is trusted counsel for solicitors and clients alike.

Adrian is also a nationally accredited mediator with a reputation for being highly effective when acting as mediator or on behalf of a client. Adrian is a pro-active mediator, known for guiding litigants through the personal and practical demands of litigation to commercially-focussed outcomes.

Adrian is strategic and practical, focusing on achieving the best possible outcome having regard to the client’s desired outcome, risk position, overall circumstances and cost considerations.
