Reviewing, advising and appearing in matters focussing on the application of a variety of statutes including:

- Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004

- Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997

- Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981

- Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009

Court of Appeal – preparing written cases for the DPP; appearing as junior counsel to Mark Dean SC (as His Honour then was)

County Court - bail applications, pleas, trials (appearing alone and as junior counsel to Ian Hill QC and Daniel Gurvich QC) and appeals

Magistrates’ Court - bail applications, pleas, contests, committals

Appearing in the Children’s Court and Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal

Administrative Law

Appearing in the Review and Regulation List at VCAT (pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004)
