Profile

Prior to coming to the Bar Gavan was a partner in an established firm with practices in both Melbourne and a large provincial city. He has experience in most areas of the practise of the law. At the Bar he practises in commercial and tort litigation in all courts, VCAT appeals, property law, criminal law, and employment related law. He is an accredited mediator, experienced in conducting and appearing at mediations.
