Georgia has been involved in numerous matters across a range of areas including commercial, contract, property, trade practices, technology, intellectual property, privilege, immigration, constitutional and administrative law.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Georgia consulted to government and private industry on policy, information privacy law, information management and IT security. She holds degrees in Law, Information Systems and Science (majors in psychology and software engineering).
While Georgia advises in all areas of commercial law, she has considerable expertise in technology law; particularly security and information management. In addition to her corporate clients, Georgia has been briefed by:
