Since coming to the Bar over twenty years ago John Larkins has practised widely in civil litigation. He has extensive experience in common law cases and in recent years the emphasis of his practice has been in the areas of liquor licensing, town planning, gaming and administrative law. He has appeared regularly before the Liquor Licensing Commission, Town Planning Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Supreme Court.
