Leisa specialises in common law personal injury work.

Her work at the bar has provided her with significant experience in:

• common law jury trials, in particular regarding industrial accidents and transport accidents;
• third party recovery claims under the Accident Compensation Act / Workplace Injury Rehabilitation & Compensation Act; and
• intentional torts litigation.

Leisa has regularly been involved in major multi-party common law litigation, and complex psychological injury claims.

Leisa also appears in serious injury applications, statutory benefits applications and accepts briefs for court referred medical panel opinions.
