Nick has over seven years experience in commercial disputes, in particular, building and construction disputes, and corporate insolvency.

Nick was a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens) where he was involved in litigation and arbitration in the mining, electricity, rail, oil and gas, wastewater and large retail sectors. He was also involved in public private partnership disputes, security of payment adjudication and litigation, and calls on performance security.   

Before becoming a lawyer, Nick was a principal electrical engineer, project manager and project director with AECOM Limited. He has been involved in heavy industrial and mining projects from feasibility studies and concept design, detailed design, through to procurement, construction and commissioning.
