Sean Cash Barrister

With over 30 years experience as a  lawyer, including over 28 years experience at the Victorian Bar, Sean Cash practises across the Coronial, Disciplinary, Criminal and Common Law ( for both Plaintiffs and Defendants ) jurisdictions.

He routinely represents Health and Legal Practitioners in Disciplinary proceedings at VCAT and appears regularly before the Victorian Board of the Medical Board of Australia on behalf of health practitioners at 'Show Cause' hearings. He appears on behalf of health practitioners facing prosecution by the Department of Health & Human Services and at Medicare Australia PSR (Professional Standards Review) hearings.

His criminal practice largely involves representing people charged with sex offences ( though not exclusively ) and in relation to claims made for compensation under s85B of the Sentencing Act. He represents health practitioners concerning claims/allegations of medical mismanagement, including professional misconduct.
