Greens List is proud to be sponsoring the upcoming ALA Victoria Virtual Conference.
The Conference will be held in two parts, over two separate Friday afternoons, allowing for minimal disruption to your work week on 30 October and 27 November.
They will be offering the plaintiff-focused CPD sessions they are known for, covering topical justice and compensation issues in Victoria and across Australia including police accountability, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, TAC and more. There will be case updates, panel discussions and skill development sessions, and you will be able to view the sessions on-demand for 30 days after the Conference.
Additionally, list members Fiona Ryan and Merys Williams will be presenting "Wrongs Act and Intentional torts after Thompson v State of Victoria [2019] VCC 166" on October 30th.
