Are there any substantial amendments planned for the Transfer of Land Act 1958 (Vic)?

The Transfer of Land Act, 1958 was amended substantially this week. The amending Act was proclaimed on 19 September 2017, and came into effect on 20th September 2017.

The Subdivision Act 1988 and the Valuation of Land Act, 1960 were also amended.
