List member Tim Donaghey has prepared a casenote of a decision handed down by the Federal Court of Australia: Liberty Financial Pty Ltd v Jugovic [2021] FCA 607. This case discusses an interlocutory injunction to prevent the former employee from taking up employment with another finance company. Of particular interest was the repudiation argument, made after the hearing.
