Felicity Gerry QC has published an article about the challenges of Joint Criminal Enterprise in the Kosovo Specialist Chambers. Felicity is in the lists of Counsel for the ICC and the Kosovo Specialist chambers.
Felicity is the new Editor of the ANZSIL Perspective (content on international law) and this was the first open access issue.
