Edward Moon has more than 14 years’ experience as a barrister practising in a number of areas, including Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act, property, equity and trusts and claims under the Australian Consumer Law.

Edward also has extensive experience in contractual and tortious claims, partnership disputes, claims involving real property (including the enforcement of mortgages) and regulatory investigations.

Edward appears regularly in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Federal Court of Australia, County Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
