Eitan's practice is wide and varied, and includes all personal injury common law (trial and appellate work), statutory compensation and insurance law, and administrative law including judicial review of Medical Panel decisions.
He is available to appear for both plaintiffs and defendants, in all Courts and Tribunals, as well as to prepare documentation and to advise.
In March 2011 he completed his Master of Laws at Melbourne University, focusing on negligence, equity, remedies, defamation, litigation and advocacy.
Eitan is a past member of the New Barristers’ Committee.
Eitan read with Mr J Brett QC, and his senior mentor was Mr P Jewell QC.
