Emma accepts briefs to appear and advise in public law and common law matters.  She has a particular interest in the preparation of Medical Panel referral documents and matters in VCAT’s review jurisdiction.

Prior to coming to the bar, Emma was Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Cavanough of the Supreme Court of Victoria.  In that role she gained experience in a range of areas, including judicial review proceedings, appeals on a question of law from VCAT, personal injuries trials and Practice Court applications.

Emma is reading with Jack Tracey. Her senior mentor is Chris Horan QC.
