Emma accepts briefs to appear and advise in public law and common law matters. She has a broad practice and has experience in personal injury, residential and retail tenancy, motor vehicle property damage, liquor regulation and consumer protection proceedings.

Prior to coming to the bar, Emma was Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Cavanough of the Supreme Court of Victoria. In that role she gained experience in a range of areas, including judicial review proceedings, appeals on a question of law from VCAT, personal injuries trials and Practice Court applications.
