Profile

Prior to commencing her legal career, Fiona had a distinguished nursing career specialising in accident and emergency nursing. She is an Associate of the College of Nursing, Australia and continues to lecture and conduct seminars for health professionals on their rights and responsibilities within the legal system. After completing articles and working as a solicitor with Lander & Rogers, Fiona signed the Bar roll in 1992 and read with Michael Crennan. Since then she has established a practice in medical negligence, administrative law, and general commercial litigation matters. This has involved her appearing in all Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Disciplinary Tribunals and at coronial inquests. Fiona is also an accredited mediator.
