Profile

Gregory practices across all areas of criminal law, including quasi-criminal matters.

He is available to appear in all courts and jurisdictions in Victoria and accepts interstate briefs.

Since being called to the Bar, Gregory has appeared in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and Supreme Court. He regularly appears in contested committal hearings, summary hearings, appeals, bail applications and plea hearings. Gregory has also appeared as junior counsel in criminal trials at the County Court.

Gregory also accepts briefs in occupational health and safety inquiries, intervention orders, coronial inquests, licencing applications and matters in building and construction law.

Prior to the Bar, Gregory spent over three years as a prosecutor advocating in a range of complex matters.

He also has a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural and Civil) and Bachelor of Business Management from RMIT.
