Joseph came to the Bar in 2002. He appears primarily in the Fair Work Commission and the various Federal and State courts in matters involving all aspects of workplace law. Before coming to the Bar, Joseph practised as a solicitor in the areas of workplace relations and employment law for over 10 years at DLA Piper Australia (formerly Phillips Fox) and Andersen Legal (part of the Arthur Andersen network) in Melbourne and Sydney. His extensive experience as a solicitor means he has a keen appreciation of the requirements of solicitors and clients for accurate, timely and effective advice and representation. Joseph is also fluent in Italian.
