The celebrity case Peter Brock’s estate about informal wills, won for the children. TFM case recent win, $400K for 9 year old in Whitehead case , Estate Sampson. September 2011.
Real Property
Vcat decision Dawson v Gallant Valley, May 2008 jurisdiction for equitable interests.2011 Sutherland v Corkill co-ownership and accounting between owners. Sale of Land, including off the plan sales and default issues.
Retail Tenancies and Owners Corporation
Numerous VCAT decisions. Not all favourable.
Have acted for institutional clients ranging from various religious groups and charitable providers, to developers and legal practitioners, to ousted tenants and excluded family members.
Mainly Supreme Court and VCAT but appears in AAT and Magistrates Court from time to time. Regularly in mediations in all areas and SBC.
Many years as a solicitor informing several years as a barrister.
