Before coming to the Bar in 1989 Peter Clarke was a partner at Corrs Pavey Whiting & Byrne for eleven years practising in the area of commercial litigation. At the Bar Peter has established an extensive practice in commercial law principally in the Supreme Court and Federal Court.
