Sascha has practiced in Insurance Litigation, particularly in the Personal Injuries jurisdiction since 2000, comprising six years as a employee Solicitor and seventeen years as a Barrister.

As a Solicitor, Sascha handled all aspects of compensation and Common Law litigation in the relevant courts during his employment with both Plaintiff and Defendant law firms in Melbourne. 

Sascha predominantly accepts briefs in the WorkCover and Common Law Personal Injuries jurisdiction, having provided advice, prepared paperwork and run to judgment many Statutory Benefits cases in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and County Court of Victoria, as well as Serious Injury Applications and Common Law trials in the County Court of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria, in which he appeared both alone and with Senior Counsel.

Sascha has not forgotten the challenges faced by instructing solicitors and maintains an understanding approach to their workload and practice demands, together with a compassionate and empathetic approach to the needs and concerns of clients.
