Our guest today is HH Magistrate Noreen Toohey, lead magistrate of the Neighbourhood Justice Centre, an innovative court based on a community justice model. Noreen brings a wealth of experience to the role from her time at the OPP and as a magistrate in the suburbs of Melbourne and rural Victoria.
