All tickets and confirmation will be delivered via email. Please allow at least 7 business days after your order is made to receive your tickets.

Greens List sends tickets to the email address of the charge card holder at the time of sale.


Before purchasing tickets to our CPD and Social Events, carefully review the event details. If you are unable to attend a CPD Seminar or Social Event, cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the event to avoid any charges.

A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket.


These terms of use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remainder.
