Anthony has established a broad commercial, equity and administrative law litigation practice in his 35 years at the Victorian Bar (14 years as silk), with particular expertise in the fields of:

• Equity, Trusts and Trade Practices in the Supreme Court;
• Administrative Review and Trade Practices in the Federal Court; and
• Town Planning and Land Acquisition/Compensation in both VCAT and the Supreme Court.

He has frequently appeared as lead Counsel in those fields both at trial and appellate level, including the High Court. He is an experienced mediator in all areas of civil litigation.
