EXPERIENCE:


David has practised both as a barrister for 21 years and previously as a solicitor for many years on behalf of a wide range of commercial, trading, financial and individual clients . He appears before VCAT, County Court, Supreme Court, Fed Magistrates Court and Federal Court and other courts and tribunals. He also has a significant advice practice. He takes a strong interest in corporate affairs and the strategic direction of businesses and their response and risk exposure to disruption of traditional business activity caused by technological and other changes.
