Profile

Drossos practises in commercial law, private international law and commercial arbitration.

Drossos qualified as a solicitor in the arbitration and dispute resolution group at King & Wood Mallesons after serving as an Associate to Justice Croft in the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Drossos is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University, teaching in contract law, commercial law, commercial arbitration and transnational dispute resolution. He is the author of Comparative Recognition and Enforcement: Foreign Judgments and Awards and a co-author of International and Australian Commercial Arbitration.

Drossos holds a PhD in arbitration and private international law (University of Melbourne), a European Master in Law and Economics, and degrees in commerce and law with first class honours from Monash University. He was an Editor of the Monash University Law Review.

Drossos read with Tom Clarke. His senior mentor is Dr Andrew Hanak KC.
