Krystyna practices in public law and criminal law, with a focus on administrative law and occupational health and safety proceedings.   She advises and appears in occupational health & safety matters, judicial review hearings, merits review proceedings and other regulatory, criminal and disciplinary proceedings.   Krystyna is briefed by both government and private clients.   She is regularly briefed to provide advice to government departments such as WorkSafe Victoria, Department of Education, Victorian Legal Services Board, National Disability Insurance Agency, Department of Housing, and the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

Prior to joining the bar, Krystyna worked in The Netherlands in the field of international war crimes (2005 – 2007), worked in both civil and criminal law at Victoria Legal Aid (2010 – 2013), and as a judge’s associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria (2008 – 2010).
