Easy to work with, Neale is focused on providing frank, pragmatic advice and achieving commercial outcomes. He believes in communicating clearly and in a timely way with his instructors. 

Neale comes to the bar with a broad commercial dispute practice of 12 years in Victoria, following 6 years as a solicitor-advocate in Western Australia. For the last 3 years Neale has been special counsel at Lander & Rogers.

He is an experienced negotiator and has acted for clients with limited experience of the legal system through to sophisticated corporate clients in a wide range of industries.
