Emma primarily practices in common law and administrative law, with a focus on personal injury matters. She accepts advice and other paperwork briefs.

Before coming to the bar, Emma was Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Cavanough of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Emma holds a Master of Law from the University of Melbourne. In the LLM, Emma studied subjects including Royal Commissions and Public Inquiries, Federal Jurisdiction and Statutory Interpretation in the 21st Century. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor, both from the University of Melbourne.
