Todd is a commercial barrister with particular expertise in property and construction law.

He is regularly briefed in matters involving:

• general commercial disputes; 
• the Australian Consumer Law;
• misleading conduct and fraud; 
• the sale of land;
• easements;
• private nuisance;
• adverse possession;
• restrictive covenants;
• caveats;
• defective building works;
• issues under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic) and Building Act 1993 (Vic); and
• unreasonable flows of water under the Water Act 1989 (Vic). 

Prior to coming to the Bar, Todd was Principal and Director of Axiom Legal Pty Ltd, a law firm with offices in both Melbourne and Perth. At Axiom, Todd predominantly advised the ABN Group, one of Australia's largest home building groups. Before that, he was a solicitor at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the Projects and Construction team in Sydney and Perth where he worked mostly on large infrastructure matters.
