Jeremy’s practice as counsel is predominantly concerned with Supreme Court proceedings involving real property (resulting and constructive trust claims), deceased estates (including family provision, testamentary capacity, informal and statutory wills, removals of executors and the like), equity (unconscionable conduct, undue influence, breaches of fiducuary duties) and trusts.

Jeremy has also developed an extensive practice as a mediator. That practice embraces a wide range of disputes including those described in the previous paragraph as well as general commercial matters.

Away from the law, Jeremy was chairman of the Children's Cancer Centre Foundation Inc. (2009-2012), the Children's Cancer Foundation (2012-2023), The Million Dollar Lunch committee (2015-2023) and is a founding director of the Victorian Paediatric Cancer Consortium (2023-2024). He is also a director of Gallerysmith, a contemporary commercial art gallery located in North Melbourne
