Drosso Stamboulakis

Profile

Drosso has a broad commercial practice, specialising in contract, quasi-contract, property, and regulatory matters. He has particular expertise in private international law (including the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments), commercial arbitration, and the enforcement of arbitral awards.

He has authored several books, including on comparative recognition and enforcement, international and Australian commercial arbitration, and legal research.

He is also a lecturer at Monash University, and has taught evidence, contract law, commercial law, commercial arbitration, international dispute resolution, and advocacy.

Drosso holds a PhD in arbitration and private international law (University of Melbourne), a European Master in Law and Economics, and first class degrees in commerce and law (Monash University). He was an Editor of the Monash University Law Review.
