Hollie is a common law barrister, practicing primarily in personal injury and insurance law. She accepts briefs from plaintiffs and defendants and is available to appear in all metropolitan and regional courts.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Hollie was the Associate to her Honour Judge Magee at the County Court of Victoria. As an Associate to the Deputy Judge in Charge of the Institutional Liability List, Hollie assisted her Honour in the establishment and case management of the County Court’s Institutional Liability List.
Hollie also assisted her Honour in the preparation and running of various common law matters including serious injury applications, extension of time applications under s23A of the Limitations of Actions Act, trials before a jury and judge alone, judicial mediations, compensation applications under s85B of the Sentencing Act, supervision order applications and various interlocutory applications.
Before her role as an Associate, Hollie worked as a solicitor at MinterEllison in the Insurance and Corporate Risk Group. She practiced in worker’s compensation litigation and advised on statutory benefits claims, serious injury applications and common law damages claims.
Hollie holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She was admitted to legal practice in 2020 and signed the bar roll on 1 April 2026.
