Profile

Lily accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law, quasi criminal and general commercial litigations. Lily is also available for administrative law and family law matters.

Lily has extensive experience in court advocacy and out-of-court negotiations. She regularly appeared in a broad range of matters including contested hearings, committals, appeals, bail applications and plea hearings at both the Magistrates’ and County Courts. Lily also has experience in family law matters including family violence intervention order proceedings.

Prior to coming to the bar, Lily practiced as a Senior Lawyer at Victoria Legal Aid, where she appeared in court daily and maintained a high case load of summary and indictable matters.

Before her legal career, Lily was a broadcast journalist with Radio Australia, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Lily has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Melbourne, and Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the University of Technology, Sydney. 

Lily is reading with with Paul Kounnas, and her senior mentor is Georgina Connelly SC.

Lily speaks fluent Mandarin.
