Carolyn practices in commercial and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on wills and estates, property, equity and trusts claims.

In addition to her trial and advice practice, Carolyn is an Accredited Mediator, and is available to be briefed to mediate across a wide range of commercial disputes in all Australian jurisdictions.

Carolyn has a strong background in personal and corporate insolvency and insurance law. She also accepts briefs in professional disciplinary matters and costs disputes. She regularly appears in the Supreme and County Courts as well as VCAT.

Carolyn was previously a solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright; and she also served as associate to the Hon Justice Habersberger, in the Supreme Court, and the Hon Justice Gray, in the Federal Court. Carolyn is a member of CommBar.
