In this talk barrister Tim Donaghey will cover:

* The state of ‘complaint and inquiry’ authorities – which are a mainstay of general protections claims;
* The operation of ‘accessory liability’ provisions under the FW Act; and
* The expansion and potential future operation of the accessory provisions under section 550 of the FW Act, and potential future amendments.
