Join us for an update on recent case law and developments in Security of Payment Laws, including an analysis of the first High Court decision on the regime, Southern Han Breakfast Point v Lewence Constructions [2016] HCA 52, and the arguments presented to the High Court in the recent appeal to the High Court from Probuild v Shade Systems [2017] NSWCA 151, as well as the Court of Appeal’s decision in Façade Treatment Engineering Pty Ltd v Brookfield Multiplex Constructions Pty Ltd [2016] VSCA 247.
