Summary

Ethics has become the new buzzword in the media – whether it be the ethics of governments, politicians, bankers, financial advisors, insurers, aged care providers, police or lawyers the media is now taking a very keen interest in the word and what it means.

In this one hour highly interactive session our two expert presenters will share with you  some typical ethics issues they have come across during the past year including solicitors’ duties to the court, the law, to maintain client confidentiality, to avoid conflict of interest, and not to engage in sharp practise.
