The limitations on claims for legal professional privilege relating to communications involving non-lawyer third-party advisers was recently considered by Beach J of the Federal Court of Australia in Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd v Pacific Equity Partners Pty Limited (1 August 2014).
